Press ReleasesIADT SACRAMENTO PRESENTS "4 ARTS CAMP" FEATURING PREMIER DESIGN EDUCATION Sacramento, Calif. (May, 2010) - The International Academy of Design & Technology, Sacramento (IADT-Sacramento) will present an exciting, week-long summer camp for fashion design, interior design and graphic design students June 21 – 24, 2010. A fun, hands-on learning experience for future designers, the 4 Arts Camp will teach the fundamentals of design, while preparing participants to showcase their work. 4 Arts Camp offers four full days of activities. In-depth design workshops will be taught by leading professionals on the local and national design scene. Guest presenters include: Naima Mora and Kit Scarbo from “Project Runway”; Jany Lee from “DesignStar”; make-up artist Jonathan Mendez; graphic designer Alex Trujillo; photographer Ryuuzaki Julio; Marci Landgraf, owner of MUSE Hair Boutique; and, Audry Wells, owner of FRINGE. Students also will be treated to private tours throughout San Francisco, Calif. The tours include lunch and will highlight some of the most dynamic creative outlets in the San Francisco Bay area related to the tour’s themes. Leading each of the three tours scheduled for Wednesday, June 23 are: Perry Ullmann from “Make Me A Supermodel” (fashion design); celebrity interior designer Bobby Trendy (interior design), and noted graphic designer Alex Trujillo (graphic design). The 4 Arts Camp is open to recent high school graduates and others seeking an exciting, educational summer experience.
